Domingo Guyton is an award-winning writer, filmmaker, and musician whose work boldly bridges biblical truth and urban culture. With a passion for redemptive storytelling, Guyton penned the script for Yesterday Today Forever to reframe the Gospel in a language and setting often overlooked. Drawing from real-life experience in ministry, music, and outreach, his writing pulses with authenticity, cultural awareness, and theological depth. He also composed the film’s soundtrack, weaving narrative and music into a singular Gospel message.
Raymond Anderson, also known as Ray Knowledge, was born and raised in Pineville, Louisiana. He now resides in Acworth, Georgia where he pursues film full time in the Greater Atlanta Metro area and is the founder and CEO of Visionful Productions. He began his filming career as a music video and commercial director/cinematographer. He quickly gravitated more towards film because he loves telling stories and he fell in love with the entire film making process. He is a Full Sail University Alum and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Ty Manns is a seasoned filmmaker and retired Army officer known for directing faith-based films that uplift, inspire, and challenge. With credits including My Brother’s Keeper and The Wish, Manns brings decades of leadership, discipline, and heart to every set. As director of Yesterday Today Forever, he shaped the vision and performances to ensure that the Gospel was both preserved and powerfully reimagined for today’s audience. His cinematic eye and pastoral care combine to deliver a deeply human and divinely inspired experience.
A founding member of the legendary soul-funk band The Commodores and proud resident of Colorado Springs, Dawson has left an indelible mark on the music industry. As both a keyboardist and vocalist, Thomas Dawson Jr. played a pivotal role in crafting the band’s iconic sound, defined by infectious rhythms and soulful melodies. Hits like “Brick House” and “Easy” propelled The Commodores to international stardom, cementing their status as funk genre icons during the 1970s and ’80s. Dawson’s virtuosity on the keys and magnetic stage presence electrified audiences worldwide, contributing to the band’s unforgettable live performances. Dawson put his signature sound on the YTF Movie and Soundtrack and we cannot wait for you all to hear it!
